Each extension is an individual synthetic lash applied to one natural lash with professional-grade adhesive. Clients can choose classic, hybrid or YY, or volume styles, as a full set or a fill, with mini versions available for fills. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks. Natural lashes shed on their own cycle, and most people lose two to four a day. The business states that extensions do not damage natural lashes when they are applied correctly.
