The menu covers classic, hybrid, volume and mini volume sets, plus fills at two and three week intervals for the classic and hybrid styles. Volume work is available in several densities, including full sets built as 3D, 4D or 5D fans, which are priced per natural lash. Full classic sets start at $150 and take about an hour and a half, while a classic three week fill is $80 and takes about an hour and ten minutes. Lash removal is $35 and takes about 40 minutes.

Appointments are by appointment only, and clients are asked to arrive without eye makeup and to avoid caffeine on the morning of their visit. The lash room is kept to the client and the technician, so guests wait in the area outside the suite. Hours are Tuesday 9:30 am to 12:30 pm, Wednesday and Thursday 9:30 am to 1:30 pm, Friday 9:00 am to 1:30 pm and Saturday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, with Sunday and Monday closed.

Looks are designed around each client's eyes rather than a single template.
