The lash menu runs from a Classic set, with one extension on each natural lash in about 1.5 hours, through Hybrid, Volume, Wispy and Russian Volume styles, plus Anime, Hawaiian, Wet Look, Riri, Fox Eye and Colored Volume finishes. Each set is mapped to the client's eye shape during the appointment. The studio describes its Anime and Hawaiian sets as luxury sets.

Permanent makeup covers powder brows, hybrid brows that pair shading with hair-like strokes, lip blush for an evened, soft color, and color correction to neutralize old brow pigment. Powder brow color is noted to last about 1 to 3 years. Lash fills are priced by style, and removal is offered both for sets done at the studio and for sets applied elsewhere.

Before a first lash appointment, new clients complete a consent form. Appointments are booked online, by phone or text, or by requesting a time Cindy confirms by text. A $20 deposit holds each booking and goes toward the service. The balance is due at the end of the visit, and cash, Zelle, Cash App and Apple Pay are accepted.

Each lash set is shaped to the individual client's eye shape, and the studio asks clients to rest quietly during their appointment.
