Lash sets range from classic to volume. A Natural Full Set is a classic set with a 1:1 application and takes about 150 minutes, and it will only look as full as the client's natural lashes allow, so clients with sparse natural lashes may suit a volume set better. A Customized Volume Full Set, also called a Hybrid set, sits between classic and volume, slightly fuller than classic and not as full as volume, and takes about 160 minutes. The salon describes its lash extensions as the best a client will have.

Maintenance is scheduled by how long it has been since the last visit. Natural and volume fills must be booked within 20 days of the last lash appointment, and a Light Volume Fill follows the same 20-day timing. A 40-minute Mini Fill is a touch-up for existing customers only. An Extended Fill is for lashes that need extra time, such as after a long gap, a set from another artist, or a full refresh, and it needs at least 40% of lashes remaining, otherwise it may be booked as a full set.

New clients pay a deposit toward the Natural Full Set ($35), the Customized Volume Full Set ($45) and the Extended Fill ($15). A card on file is required and is charged only for late cancellations or no-shows. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice, otherwise a fee of 50% of the booked price applies, and no-shows are charged the full booked service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Each client's lash line and eye shape are assessed before service so the set is customized. The focus is on protecting natural lashes and making extensions last as long as possible.
