Lash extensions are the core of the studio, offered in classic, hybrid and volume styles with a range of curl, length and style options. Refills are usually booked two to four weeks after the last visit, and speed visits are quick touch-ups booked up to 12 days out.

Brows and tints are also part of the menu. Brow shaping covers plucking, hard wax and shaping after a consultation, and brow and lash tinting use a tint of the client's choice that lasts up to four weeks. Lash bath and patch tests are available too: a lash bath cleans lashes with a foam cleanser and brush before a refill or full set, and a consultation includes a patch test on a few lashes per eye with a 24-hour wait for any reaction.

Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes and their phones on silent. The studio has a spa room, and clients may listen to spa music or use their own earbuds during services. Gift cards are sold in amounts of $50, $75, $100 and $200 or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Booking requires a credit card on file to hold an appointment. Cancellations or reschedules need 48 hours notice; later cancellations are charged half the service price, and no-shows without notice are charged the full price. Arriving more than 20 minutes late without notice is treated as a no-show, though the studio makes exceptions for emergencies and prefers moving an emergency appointment to another day over missing it. Clients who may be late should contact the studio as soon as they know.

The studio puts protecting clients' natural lashes first, and it works with high-grade lashes and medical grade adhesives chosen with that in mind.
