Full sets come in four styles: Natural, Light Volume, Volume and Ultra Volume. The three volume styles include a complimentary consultation. For those three volume styles, clients are asked to arrive with no makeup or moisturizer.

Fills are booked by how long it has been since the last appointment. A 2 Week Fill suits visits within 14 days, a 3 Week Fill covers 15 to 21 days (eligibility depends on the condition of the lashes), and a 4 Week Fill covers 21 to 28 days and may require a full set. Clients booking a 4 Week Fill send photos of the top and front of their lashes two to three days beforehand. A Mini Touch Up is available for extensions that need attention before an event or trip, booked eight days after the last visit.

Two memberships are offered. The Sweet Spot plan is $135 a month and includes two bi-weekly fills, priority booking, a lash bath and 10% off lash shampoo. The Weekly Always Full plan is $170 a month and includes four weekly fills, short maintenance appointments, priority booking, a lash bath and a complimentary lash shampoo every three months.

Lash Removal of extensions takes 30 minutes for $30 and is described as a safe removal that protects the natural lash. Booking policies include a 50% fee for no-shows and for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift card sales are final. The studio is open Monday and Wednesday 8 AM to 6:30 PM, Thursday 8 AM to 12 PM, and Friday 8 AM to 4 PM; it is closed Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday.

Sets are made to suit each client's eyes, and fills are timed to the condition of the lashes.
