Lash extensions are applied individually, one lash at a time, and come in classic, hybrid, and volume or wispy styles. A first full set usually takes about two hours. The salon says the extensions look natural and can last up to 30 days, and it describes the work as following each lash's natural growth cycle, so regular touch-ups every three or four weeks are not required.

Refills depend on how many of the previous extensions remain. A refill needs at least 40 percent of the earlier set still in place; below that, an assessment decides whether a new full application is the better option. Mini fills, offered about one week after a set, add lashes only to sparse areas and do not remove grown-out extensions. Refills from another technician are assessed for feasibility, and removing those extensions carries a $20 fee.

For lash color and curl, the studio offers a lash lift and tint that curls the natural lashes and adds tint, with the curl described as lasting several weeks. A Korean lash lift is also available, with or without tint. On the brow side, shaping is done with wax and tweezers after an assessment, tinting uses natural henna as a temporary enhancement that can reduce daily makeup, and brow lamination uses gentle products to align, fill and define the brows, alone or with tinting. Lip waxing and lash extension removal round out the menu.

Lash extensions are applied individually and follow the natural growth cycle, so the salon says touch-ups are not needed every three or four weeks. Refill decisions are made after an assessment of the existing extensions.
