Services are grouped into full sets and fills. A full set is the first application, and fills are maintenance appointments booked on a schedule after the previous visit. Fills are priced by how long it has been since the last appointment and how many extensions remain: mini fills are booked within 6 days and need about half the extensions still in place, 1-2 week fills are booked within 14 days with at least 60% of extensions kept, and 2-3 week fills are booked within 21 days, where at least 60% of lashes must remain or a full set is needed.

Full sets range from a natural classic style that adds length and curl with minimal volume, to a hybrid style that adds more volume while staying airy, to a volume style known for fullness that can be made light or dark, to a wispy style that mixes lengths for texture. The wispy set is customized to each client, starts with an in-depth consultation, and asks clients to bring inspiration pictures. Reviews posted on the about page describe the lash work and consultations as thorough.

Clients who have never had lash extensions before can book a free allergy test, which takes about 10 minutes. Lash removal is also offered, and the studio recommends it when a client takes a break from extensions so the extensions do not grow out and cause damage.

Policies: a 10-minute grace period applies to all appointments. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit, and a 30% fee applies to no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Sets are shaped around each client's natural lash line and the look they want, with consultations used where a set is customized.
