Booking requires a $25 deposit, which is non-refundable and confirms the appointment. Clients should arrive with their lashes fresh and no mascara on, or the appointment is canceled and the full service amount is charged. Refills are offered only when at least half of the existing lashes remain; otherwise a full set is charged. Arriving 10 minutes late brings a $10 fee, and arriving 15 minutes late means rescheduling. Payment is accepted by cash, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal and card.
