Appointments can be held at the client's home in the 757 and 804 areas. Travel time and a travel fee are confirmed before booking. For in-home visits, the space needs to be suitable for working, and 15 minutes should be left free before the appointment for setup.
Lash sets take about an hour and a half. Classic sets come in lengths from 9 to 20 mm, while hybrid, wispy hybrid and volume sets range from 15 to 25 mm. The wispy hybrid set has a spiked look. The listed deposits are $75 for a classic set and $90 for a hybrid set, and the wispy hybrid set is listed at $100 total. Lash fills, listed with a $55 deposit, take about 45 minutes and need at least 40 percent of natural lashes still intact; with less, the visit is booked as a full set. Lash removal, with a $20 deposit, is for lashes with less than 40 percent intact and takes about 35 minutes.
Add-ons include colored extensions for $6 (about 20 minutes), lash jewelry such as butterflies, letters or diamonds for $6 (about 10 minutes), a lash bath to cleanse extensions for $6 (about 5 minutes), and bottom lashes for $10 when booked alongside a full set (about 20 minutes). Strip lash application is $15 with lashes provided, for clients who find strip lashes hard to apply, or $10 with the client's own lashes. Brow shaping is $11 and can be booked alone or with a brow tint, which is $20. Brows should be groomed or shaped before a tint; tinting takes about 30 minutes and shaping about 25 minutes. Some services can take up to 2 hours.
The remaining balance is paid after the appointment by exact cash, Apple Pay or Cash App. Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours ahead, or 50 percent of the service price is charged. No refunds of any kind are given. A 10-minute grace period applies, with a $5 late fee after that; arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to cancellation or a $10 fee. Squeeze-in appointments add $15 and emergency appointments add $20. Extra guests are not allowed without advance notice. Clients who have a concern about lash retention must raise it within 48 hours and be missing at least 50 percent of lashes to qualify for a free fix-up appointment.
