Full sets are customized to each client, with lengths from 7 to 25 mm depending on the style, and appointments run from about 30 minutes for a touch-up to about 2 hours 15 minutes for a mega set.

Fills need at least 55% of the lashes to remain. Fills placed over lashes from another set carry a $15 upcharge; otherwise the old lashes are removed and a full set is booked. Lash removal and bottom lashes are complimentary with a full-price full set.

New clients pay a $25 deposit through Venmo at booking, which is applied to the final service cost and is non-refundable. Deposits can be transferred only with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are charged 50% of the appointment cost, and no-shows are charged the full amount. Clients arriving 15 minutes late are cancelled, with a full cancellation fee unless the business has spoken with them. These policies apply to all customers.

Students-only lash options are available for grade school students and require ID at booking. Groupon lash bookings require a $10 deposit or material fee through Venmo for clients who already hold a Groupon. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in amounts of $20, $30, $40, $50, or a custom amount. Hours are Monday, Thursday and Friday 10 am to 5 pm, Saturday 11 am to 4 pm, and the salon is closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday.
