Fills are booked every two to three weeks. A visit more than three weeks after the last appointment needs a full set instead. The studio does not work over lash work done by other artists.
Before an appointment, clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes, since the lash artist does not remove makeup. Clients should not wear contact lenses or an oily moisturizer to the visit. Payment is by Apple Pay, CashApp, or cash only. A $20 non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of booking and is applied to the total cost. Questions can be sent by text to 415-941-8190.
