The core service is the Signature Custom Lash Set, a single appointment that takes about two and a half hours and is shaped to each client.

Each Signature Custom Lash Set begins with a consultation, where the mapping, curl, length, darkness and fullness are planned with the client. Clients choose from five looks: Classic, Wet/Mascara, Wispy Textured, Soft Volume or Mega Volume.

For existing clients, a fill takes about one hour and forty-five minutes. It removes grown-out extensions, applies new ones, and keeps the shape, texture and fullness of the set, with the design refreshed or adjusted where needed.

A Touch Up is a shorter one-hour appointment meant to refresh the current look, such as before a trip or a night out. It can only be booked up to seven days after a client's last appointment, and sales do not apply to it. Removal, at 45 minutes, is also available.

For clients who prefer not to travel, the business offers appointments at the client's own location for Signature Custom Lash Sets and eligible fills. A travel fee of $100 applies, and the appointment takes an hour. Requests should include the full address, preferred date and time, and any parking or access details.

Each set is planned around the individual client during a consultation, rather than offered as a fixed design.
