The lash menu runs from classic and volume sets to wet sets, mega sets and custom sets, along with light volume sets (formerly called hybrids) and brown sets offered in three shade options. Lash fills range from mini fills to extended fills, and the studio also offers a Korean lash lift and tint. Mini fills are valid only up to 7 days after the last appointment. A fill needs at least 40% of lashes remaining; otherwise the visit is booked as an extended fill or a full set. Foreign fills must be approved by the lash artist first, and lash removal with a lash bath is available for sets that were not done by the studio, with an extra charge if removal runs past the scheduled time.

Brow services include a quick wax or tint, a wax plus tint, lamination, lamination with a wax or tint, and a deluxe shape that combines shaping, lamination, tint, wax and highlight. Brow appointments include precise mapping and highlight, and lamination visits include an aftercare kit. Waxing covers the neck, nose or sideburns, upper lip and chin, underarms, arms, lower legs, full legs and a full body wax that covers underarms, arms and legs.

Many lash and brow services ask for a deposit of $10 or $20 when booking. Cancellations need at least 48 hours notice; late cancellations are charged 20% to 35% of the remaining total, depending on the set. The about page lists a total cancellation fee including the deposit of 50%. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
