A non-refundable $40 deposit is required when booking. It goes toward the service price, and the remaining balance is paid on the day of the appointment. Clients are encouraged to book ahead to secure a time, and they can contact the business before booking with questions about pricing, policies, or how to book.
Cancellations and changes need at least 48 hours' notice for the deposit to transfer. Cancellations inside the 24-hour window are charged 50%, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. No-shows are banned from booking. Clients have a 10-minute grace period; there is no late fee, but arriving late shortens the time left for the appointment. If there is no contact 10 minutes after the start time, the appointment is canceled, the client is charged, and it is recorded as a no-show.
