Visits begin with a consultation of about 15 minutes, where goals and concerns are discussed and the right service is chosen before booking. Looks are customized for each client during the appointment itself.

Brow options range from a quick tint or wax to Signature Brows, a one-hour appointment that combines lamination, brow mapping, a semi-permanent hybrid stain, precision waxing and a deep conditioning treatment.

Lash choices include a classic set with one extension on each natural lash, a hybrid set that adds lightweight volume fans to the classic 1:1 style, a volume or wispy set built from lightweight fans, and a Korean lash lift and tint, which works on natural lashes with or without extensions. Lash fills are offered in 30, 60 and 90 minute lengths, chosen according to how much of the set remains and how long since the last visit. Lash extension removal is also available, using a professional adhesive remover to leave natural lashes clean.

Bookings are made online, and payment is processed through Square. A card must be kept on file to hold an appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late can lead to a shortened appointment, a reschedule, or a cancellation. Changes or cancellations made with under 12 hours' notice, and missed appointments, incur a charge of 50% of the booked service. All services are non-refundable. Up to two companions may accompany a client to an appointment. Lashes should be free of product before a visit, so mascara, liner and strip-lash glue need to come off first. Anyone with a fever, pink eye, another contagious illness or an eye infection is asked to reschedule. The studio is open Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday, and Tuesday hours extend into the evening.
