Between full sets, clients can book refills (about one hour and fifteen minutes), touch-ups (about 45 minutes in any style), or removal (about 30 minutes). The business asks clients to book a refill two to three weeks after their last service. If more than three weeks have passed, a full set is required, and a refill needs at least 40% of the natural lashes still covered; clients unsure of how many remain are advised to book a full set instead. Refills from another provider are accepted but are not eligible for the 20% first-time client discount.

Hours are Tuesday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Wednesday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM, and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM. The business is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
