A visit starts with a consultation about the look a client wants and which lash style suits them. The application is then tailored to the shape of the client's eyes. Extensions are made from a mix of synthetic and natural fibers that the studio describes as soft, lightweight and durable, applied with hypoallergenic adhesives. Clients get detailed aftercare instructions, and according to the salon, it follows strict hygiene standards. Add-ons include colored lashes, spikes, eyelash decals and an extension cleaning.

Booking rules are set out on the menu. The 7 Day Fill must be booked within seven days of the last fill-in, and a fill-in is any visit where half or more of the lashes are replaced.
