The studio is open Tuesday and Thursday from 9 am to 7 pm, Wednesday and Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, and Saturday from 9 am to 3 pm, and is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Full sets come in three styles: Classic, Hybrid and Volume. A first full application usually takes 150 to 165 minutes, depending on the look the client wants. Classic full sets run about 2 hours 30 minutes, while Hybrid and Volume full sets run about 2 hours 45 minutes.

Touch-ups are available for each style at two-week and three-week intervals. During a touch-up, unruly lashes are removed and grown-out lashes are replaced. Some touch-ups also move a client from one style to another, such as Classic to Hybrid or Hybrid to Volume. A two-week touch-up needs at least 50% lash retention and must be booked within 14 days of the last session. A three-week touch-up needs at least 40% retention and must be booked within 21 days. Touch-ups booked later or with lower retention are charged as full sets. Touch-ups are not offered for extensions applied by another artist.

Lash removal takes extensions off while keeping natural lashes intact. A lash bath is a short add-on for clients who arrive with lashes that are not clean, and it is also available as a separate service. Clients who need extensions removed because of an allergic reaction should book within 48 hours; after that, a removal fee applies.

Each appointment requires a $30 non-refundable deposit, which is applied to the service. Cancellations or changes need 48 hours notice, and deposits for those can be credited toward a later service if rebooked within a month. Arriving 10 minutes late adds a $10 charge, and arriving 15 or more minutes late cancels the appointment.
