The extension menu covers Classic, Pixie, Mini-Malist, Hybrid, Signature Volume, Wispy Volume, Mega Volume and Strip Lash sets. Fills are offered for Classic, Minimalist, Pixie, Hybrid, Volume, Mega and Strip Lash extensions, and a shorter 1 Week Fill is available as well. Appointment lengths and prices are listed for each service, from about an hour and a quarter for a Classic-style fill to two and a half hours for a Mega Volume or Strip Lash set.

Fill timing is set by policy. A 2 Week Fill is booked 10 to 17 days after the previous visit and needs at least half of the extensions still intact to avoid extra charges. A 3 Week Fill is booked 18 to 24 days out and needs at least 40% intact. A 1 Week Fill must be booked within 9 days of the last visit, needs at least 60% intact, and requires a $30 non-refundable deposit. Fills applied by another technician are not accepted.

Beyond client appointments, the business teaches lash training. Beginner options include a 3-in-1 course covering Classic, Hybrid and Volume work over three days, and shorter two-day courses for Classic only or Volume only. Refresher training is customized to each student and comes in a 3-in-1 format or as Volume only. An advanced Wispy Course covers Wispy Hybrid, Wispy Volume, Spikey and Strip Lash sets. Every training includes a supply kit, a physical and electronic manual, a certificate, and a lifetime 15% student discount on lash supplies. AfterPay payment plans are available for training.

The business also sells lash products online, including the Velvet Collection, the Classic Collection and Celestial Bond Adhesive. Online orders of $100 or more ship free, and online orders can be picked up at the studio, usually within 24 hours.
