Its online booking covers eyebrow services, lash extension fills, full lash extension sets, and lash lifts, so clients can choose between a full set and a fill depending on how long it has been since their last visit.

Booking requires a deposit of 50% of the service fee, paid when the appointment is made and applied toward the total. The deposit is non-refundable, though it can move to a new date if the appointment is rescheduled at least 48 hours ahead. Cancellations need to be made at least 48 hours before the appointment. Cancelling within 24 hours forfeits the deposit, and a new one is needed to rebook. Same-day cancellations make the full fee payable.

Clients are asked to keep their lashes clean between visits and to buy a lash wash, either from the studio or from a lash company that sells lash shampoo. Lashes with buildup will not be filled, though the appointment still needs to be paid for. If 30 days or more have passed since the last appointment, the visit is booked as a full set rather than a fill.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late cancels the appointment and the full service amount is charged. Clients who are unwell are asked to cancel; anyone who arrives with symptoms will have the service stopped and the full amount due. Clients who miss an appointment without calling are not able to book again.

New clients create an account at the end of their first booking so their details are kept for later visits. Gift card balances can be checked on the booking site, and gift certificates are available for brows, lash lifts, lash sets, and lash fill subscriptions.
