Besides its own lash, brow, tanning, waxing and tooth services, the business operates salon suites for independent professionals. Haus of Glo, The Nail Bar and Brow & Blush each run from a suite in the building.

Mega Volume is not recommended for clients who have never had extensions, and full set clients should plan on at least 22 dollars for aftercare. Fills are offered in 1, 2 and 3 week increments for clients with a current set from the business, and a standard fill needs at least half of the extensions still intact. Mini fills are 50 dollars for a 30-minute touch-up, and transfer fills for clients coming from another artist are 110 dollars, or 130 dollars for Mega Volume.

Lash lifts and lash tints are booked as separate services. A lash lift is a semi-lasting option that bends natural lashes upward and sets their curl, much like a perm does for hair. The Korean lash lift costs 90 dollars, or 110 dollars when combined with a tint. A Lash Lift Relaxer may only be applied seven days after a lift.

Appointments can be booked through the Square booking site or the Book Now buttons on the website. Clients are asked to reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance, and cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours may be charged the full appointment price. The business describes its Michigan Lash Society Facebook group as a space for lash professionals to network and share referrals.
