Hair services, including loc work, braids and vibrant color, are offered at the 19th Avenue address inside Vixens Modern Glam Studio. Loc services cover retwisting and styling, interlocking, overhaul, vibrant color and permanent human hair loc extensions. Braid services include cornrows, plats and box braids, extended box braids, a baldie braid, crown-only plats and a custom braid-in locs style. Human hair lace front installs are also offered. Shampoo and conditioning are included with most braid and loc services, and synthetic hair and select adornments are included with most braid services. Clients who want a loc maintenance schedule can join a weekly membership with tiers based on loc count, service and interval, with no long-term contract and cancellation at any time. Members receive a built-in discount on services, priority booking, a discount on add-ons and limited off-hours booking.

The Beauty Bar handles professional makeup artistry, photoshoot glam, special occasion makeup and on-location beauty services. Clients start with a consultation, and a custom quote is prepared based on the occasion and their needs. Clients who cannot come in can arrange a phone consultation by sending a photo of their hair and the style they want. All reservations must be approved by the business, and deposits are refundable up to 72 hours before a reservation. Services are non-refundable, though the business says problems can be corrected if a client is unhappy. Buy now, pay later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

LASHDAE Academy offers classes, workshops and online education in beauty and presentation.
