LASHD opened at the end of 2020 at 1460 Bethel Road in Columbus, Ohio, and operates as LASHD LLC. The studio is open Tuesday and Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday from noon to 5:00 PM, Wednesday and Thursday from noon to 8:00 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and it is closed on Sundays. Booking follows a deposit system. Deposits for services other than the 2-3 week fill are $30, are non-refundable, and are collected on the Monday of the appointment week. The deposit is applied to the service itself. Canceling within 24 hours forfeits the deposit. If a deposit has not arrived, the appointment is canceled, though one reschedule is allowed before the deposit is forfeited. Appointments made within the four-day deposit window must already have the deposit paid to be accepted.

Some policies affect what a visit costs and how it runs. Lashes should arrive clean and free of makeup, and lashes that are dirty carry a $10 cleaning fee. Clients who expect to be late are asked to call the studio, and arrivals up to 15 minutes late are covered by a grace period. Anyone more than 15 minutes late without notice is treated as a no-show and charged 50% of the service price. Guests are not allowed unless the studio has been contacted in advance. Foreign fills and after-hours appointments each add $50, and the 2-3 week fill requires that at least half of the lashes remain on each eye.
