Most of the menu is eyelash work. Full extension sets come in classic, hybrid or natural volume, wet, glam, wispy, mega volume, eyeliner-effect and Arabian styles, with prices from $140 to $250 and appointments running from about 1.5 to 3 hours depending on the set. Mega volume sets apply up to seven extensions to each natural lash, and the wispy Kim K in Volume set uses handmade fans of two to six lashes of varying lengths. Lash fills are recommended every two to three weeks and are offered only to current clients; the salon does not accept fills from another salon.
Lash lifts and tints are a separate category. A standard lift curls natural lashes with a curved silicone shield and a perming solution, and tinting can be added so lashes can go without mascara for weeks. Korean lash lift options are offered, along with a lift and Botox treatment that uses hydrolyzed keratin. The salon states that its Lash Lift and Botox service increases lash volume by 30 percent. Lash tinting alone takes about 15 minutes.
Brow services include tweezer shaping, cold wax, semi-permanent brow tint, a combined shape and tint using warm wax, tweezers and brow scissors, and brow lamination, which can be paired with shaping and tinting. Makeup is available as natural, evening and bridal looks. A patch test is offered before a full set to check for a reaction, and extension removal is open to both new and existing clients.
Booking terms are set out clearly. New clients pay a 50 percent deposit, with payment information stored securely. Online bookings need studio confirmation and a valid credit card on file. Changes made with less than 24 hours notice are charged half the service fee, and no-shows are charged the full cost. Clients should arrive 10 minutes early. Arrivals up to 15 minutes late are accepted, but the full service may not fit in the time; arrivals 20 minutes late are rescheduled and the deposit is not refunded. If lashes fall out for any reason, the client can return within three days for a fix at no charge.
