LASHBONDAGE works only with eyelash extensions. The studio is open Monday through Saturday from 1:30pm to 9:00pm and closed on Sundays. According to its About page, it is owned by Marga. Its correspondence address is in Wilmington, Delaware, while clients visit the Newark studio.

Services include full sets, weekly fills, and upgrades that add coverage to an existing fill. Fills are scheduled at 1, 2, 3, or 4 week intervals, depending on how many of the client's extensions are still in place, with at least 40 percent retention needed to keep a fill interval. Clients whose current lashes cannot be filled can book removal or an eyelash cleanse instead, priced according to the work. Clients coming from another salon who have not been seen before need an in-person consultation before a fill.

New clients start with a consultation before booking a full set or a weekly fill. It is complimentary and covers the class, coverage, cost, and character of the lash set. Full sets are booked into the next earliest open slot after the consultation, so same-day full sets are not typical. First-time lash clients must complete a sensitivity test, which is also complimentary, and a wait of 3 to 7 days afterward is recommended. Experienced new clients are not required to take the test, though it is still recommended.

A 25 percent deposit is required for services over $25. Rescheduling at least 48 hours before an appointment carries no fee. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debit, other credit cards, and cash are accepted, but Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App are not. Appointments are booked online through Vagaro, and a waitlist is available when dates are full.

Fill timing follows how many extensions remain, and new clients are screened through a consultation and a sensitivity test before their first full set.
