Clients book with a non-refundable $40 deposit plus a $1 service charge. Appointments have a 15-minute grace period for late arrival; after that the appointment is canceled and the deposit is kept. Rescheduling needs at least 24 hours' notice, and one change is allowed within 72 hours using the original deposit. Cancellations inside 24 hours or no-shows carry a $40 fee charged to the card on file, which also affects future bookings.

To prepare, clients are asked to arrive with a clean face, free of makeup, mascara, skincare oils and contact lenses, and to avoid coffee, energy drinks and soda for 12 hours beforehand. Extra guests and children are not permitted at appointments. Services take place in a shared salon space.

The salon also offers a one-on-one training course, with one-hour coaching calls priced at $150.00, for people who want to learn lash work.
