Janielle Calderon owns the business and does the lash work herself, and the studio uses professional-grade products.

Lash sets run from soft and natural to bold and dramatic, so clients can choose the look they want. Each appointment starts with an explanation of the process, whether it is a first visit or a return visit, and clients are taught aftercare to help keep their natural lashes and extensions in good condition.

According to the salon, cleanliness is held to a strict standard here. Each surface in the studio is disinfected once a client leaves, single-use implements are thrown away rather than used again, and staff put on gloves before working on anyone.

Appointments are booked through an external platform linked from the website, and clients are asked to read the policies before booking. A deposit, when required, is non-refundable and goes toward the service total. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice through the confirmation text link, by phone or by email, and changes made with less notice forfeit any deposit paid. There is a 15-minute grace period, and clients who are not in the studio by the 10-minute mark have their appointment canceled or rescheduled. Late arrivals and no-shows are charged 25% of the services booked to the card on file. Additional guests and children are not permitted in the studio, and a waiting area is outside the studio door. Cards, Apple Pay and cash are accepted, but Venmo and Cash App are not, and cash payments must be exact because no change is given. Product sales are final, and clients unhappy with a service are asked to contact the salon within 5 days, when the issue is handled privately.

Lash work is personalized around the health of the client's natural lashes and the look they want, with aftercare guidance and a walk-through of each step.
