Each appointment is planned around the client's eye shape and lifestyle. Walk-ins are not accepted, so appointments are required. Clients with eye infections, styes, conjunctivitis or illness are asked to reschedule, and any allergies or sensitivities should be disclosed before service.

Fills suit clients returning within the recommended window, while touch-ups cover clients coming back within seven days of a full set.
