The extension menu covers classic, volume, mega volume, wispy, K-Dual Mascara, Manhua, Anime and Medusa styles, plus a Korean lash lift with tint. Extensions are made from handmade Cashmere lashes. The Express Classic Full Set, priced at $99, is a single express set open to every client and can be rebooked as often as needed. Refills are not offered on it, so maintenance means booking a new express set.
Every visit requires a $25 deposit, which is non-refundable but applied to the total on the day. Arriving more than 15 minutes late means rescheduling with a new deposit. Changes made at least 24 hours ahead turn the deposit into a non-refundable credit for future visits, while changes inside 24 hours forfeit it. A no-show is charged 50% of the service cost, and clients with a history of missed appointments must prepay in full. Not all services are refundable. Signed consent forms are required, and clients may be turned away if they have active lash loss, very sensitive or allergic eyes, severe eye conditions, excessive lash rubbing, or frequent exposure to water, steam or sweat.
Full-price clients may receive one free correction, completed within 72 hours of the original appointment and subject to artist availability. Free corrections cover excessive fallout right after a full set, not design preferences. After-hours appointments for lash emergencies cost an extra $45, require advance notice, and are not guaranteed.
Training is offered one-on-one and covers classic lash fundamentals, a master class in volume and mega volume, wispy design and styling, Manhua and anime styles, and a refresher course. Certification courses are available in all styles of lash extensions. The business describes its training as expert-level for every skill level.
Appointment-only service with consent forms and screening before each visit, paired with one-on-one training for lash artists at every level.
