Between full sets, clients can book fills at one, two, three, or four weeks, and the studio also offers lash lifts, lash baths, and extension removal.

Each set is planned around the individual client's eye shape and daily life rather than one standard look. The studio says it uses products designed for sensitive eyes and aims for long-lasting retention. Clients who already wear extensions from another salon can book a new client fill, as long as at least 40% of the existing extensions remain.

The studio describes itself as relaxed, with curated playlists and a cozy feel. Appointments are required, the studio is accepting new clients, and booking one to two weeks ahead is suggested for evenings and weekends. A deposit of $25 to $50, varying by service, is applied to the total. Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes, free of makeup and oils. Cancellations and changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and same-day cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee.

Brow services include brow sculpting with tint and brow lamination. Waxing is available for the body and face. Permanent jewelry is offered as wrist, ankle, hand chain, and necklace pieces. Clients must be 18 or older with valid ID for permanent jewelry, and 13 to 17 year olds need a parent or guardian present to consent. Rewelds within 7 days are covered.
