Lash Vibes describes its mission as bringing a little sparkle to everyday life through high-quality products and services that aim to go beyond what clients expect. The salon calls its eyelash extension services premium and describes the overall experience as a luxury beauty visit.

Extensions are synthetic fibers attached to individual natural lashes with a medical-grade adhesive. The menu runs from a weightless classic full set, with unfanned lashes for natural fullness, through a hybrid set that combines classic lashes with volume fans, to volume sets built from handmade fans of 5 to 8 extensions per natural lash, and mega volume sets made from multiple thin, lightweight extensions for an ultra-full fan. Clients who want to try extensions can start with a partial set and build it up to a full set at a later fill. Foreign fills are offered for clients who already wear extensions from another artist; the quality of those existing extensions determines whether they can be kept, and if removal is needed, the deposit covers it and a new deposit is required for a full set.

A visit starts with a conversation about the look you want, and you are welcome to bring photos. Each service is customized to your natural features, lifestyle and style. Extensions only go on where a natural lash can safely hold them. Plan to lie still for up to two hours, and headphones are fine; phones should be on silent. Arrive with clean lashes free of makeup, since a lash bath is done if makeup is present, and try to come a few minutes early to fill out paperwork. Avoid caffeine before your appointment, and stop using waterproof mascara and lash curlers seven days before.

Some redness, watering or burning can happen during or after application, and it usually fades as the adhesive cures. Extensions last up to about four weeks, depending on natural shedding and retention. Aftercare involves cleansing lashes every day and avoiding oils, moisturizers, night creams, makeup removers, extreme heat, mascara, lash curlers, cotton products, face wipes, and picking or pulling at lashes. The salon's sensitive adhesive does not guarantee that no reaction will occur.

Fills are booked by appointment time, not by the number of lashes used or the time since your last visit. Clients who have not been in for more than four weeks need to book a full set. Changes and cancellations need 24 hours' notice; otherwise a $15 fee applies at the next service, and a $15 no-show fee is added to the next service. After two no-shows, full payment and any fees are required at booking. Late clients are seen up to 15 minutes after their appointment time, after which the appointment is cancelled, and service is not extended or discounted for lateness. New clients pay a 50% deposit, which is non-refundable but can be transferred once with 24 hours' notice, and the balance is due at the time of service. Major credit cards, Venmo and cash are accepted. Extra guests and children are not permitted at appointments.

Each service is customized to the client's natural beauty, lifestyle and style, and the desired look is discussed at the start of every appointment. Extensions are only applied where a natural lash can safely hold them.
