Eyelash extensions are semi-permanent fibers attached by hand to the natural lashes to add length, fullness and darkness. Lash Vibe offers Classic, Light Volume YY, Wispy Wet Classic, Volume, Hybrid, Kim-K Wispy Volume and Mega Volume styles, with the Hybrid style combining volume and classic lashes. Full sets and refills are priced by style and by the number of weeks since the last visit, from one-week refills to four-week refills. Lower lash extensions and extension removal are available as add-ons.

During a lash appointment a specialist talks through the styles available and helps the client pick one. Four lash types are offered, suited to different face shapes and lifestyles, and volume or length can be increased during the appointment. Refills on lashes applied elsewhere are accepted, with pricing set after an in-person look at the existing lashes. Because techniques and materials differ between artists, the business does not guarantee results with lashes applied elsewhere. Clients are asked to remove contact lenses and all eye makeup and to avoid caffeine beforehand, and to keep their eyes closed and stay still during the procedure. Free fixing or removal is offered within three days of a lash service for irritation or allergic reactions.

The facial menu runs from a basic facial of about 45 minutes, which includes a double cleanse, microdermabrasion, extraction and a hydrating mask under LED light, to a Deluxe Hydrafacial, an acne-focused treatment, a Vitamin C oxygen facial, a relaxing facial with massage, a non-invasive transdermal serum treatment, a glass-skin oxygen facial and a chemical peel. A first-time New Client Facial Treatment includes a skin analysis and consultation. Facial packages combine several treatments: the Platinum Package bundles one basic facial, one Hydrafacial, one nano mineral treatment and one glass-skin oxygen facial, and the Gold Package bundles two basic facials, two Hydrafacials, one glass-skin oxygen facial and one facial of choice.

Lash and brow services include lash lifts, lash tints, lash lift and tint combinations, brow tints, brow laminations and brow lamination with tint. Waxing covers lip, chin, brow and full face. The business says it uses products in its waxing services that are formulated to reduce redness and irritation.

New clients pay a $20 deposit to book, sent via Zelle or Venmo to (916) 802-0338, and it is deducted from the total at checkout. The deposit is kept if the client does not show up. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours notice, and a $20 fee applies to last-minute cancellations or no-shows. After two no-shows, the business will no longer accept appointments from that client. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late are seen for the remaining time, and arriving 30 minutes late means the appointment must be rescheduled. No refunds are given for services rendered. Clients are also told that the adhesive used for lash extensions can cause eye redness and irritation.
