The business was started in 2015 by its owner, Kiran, who had already launched a lash company in Edmonton, Alberta, in 2010. The extension menu runs from natural-looking sets to full volume. Classic Natural gives about 40 percent coverage and suits clients with few natural lashes. Classic Volume gives about 75 to 80 percent coverage for a look similar to mascara. Hybrid Volume blends individual classic lashes with volume fans for a wispy effect, while Russian Volume uses only volume fans, placing 6 to 8 lashes on each natural lash. Mega Volume uses mega fans with 8 to 15 lashes on each natural lash. The volume fans for the Hybrid, Russian and Mega sets are hand-made in the salon.

Lash lifts reshape natural lashes to create a curl that lasts about 8 to 10 weeks; a lift is not an extension. A tint can be added to darken lashes after a lift, and the color lasts several weeks. Touchups and removals are also available for existing extensions.

Brow services include microblading, microblading touchups, eyebrow threading and eyebrow waxing. Fill packages of three fills are offered with a first full set at a reduced rate. The business asks clients to come to appointments with a fresh canvas and does not take over lash fills done elsewhere without a consultation first. A free fix is offered for excessive lash fallout within five days of an application, and a free touchup is offered within five days if a lash is lost while the natural lashes stay intact.

Booking policies: a $30 fee applies to no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment, charged to the card on file. All sales are final and refunds are not offered.
