The studio describes its mission as helping clients look natural and beautiful, with each client treated as an individual. It says it uses only products it considers the best and of true quality.

Eyelash extensions are the core of the menu. Volume, hybrid and wispy sets are offered as new sets and retouches. Lash lifts and tints, brow shaping and brow tinting, lash removal and upper lip and chin waxing round out the menu. Appointment lengths vary, from about 30 minutes for add-ons and removal to around two hours for classic extensions at the upper end and for natural and mega volume sets.

Bookings are made by phone at 646-368-1781, and a deposit is required for every appointment. Cancellations or changes need at least one day's notice, and the deposit is refunded once the full service price is paid at the salon. Arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show and is charged half the service price. All services are non-refundable. The studio is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 8pm and Saturday to Sunday from 10am to 7:30pm.

Concerns about a service must be raised within a 3-day guarantee period after the appointment. The studio does not refill lashes applied at other salons. For lashes from another salon, the extensions are removed and a $35 removal fee applies before a new set is put on. A client who has an allergic reaction to a service may receive one free removal. For aftercare, extensions should stay dry for the first 24 to 48 hours and be kept away from hot steam and saunas. Refills are generally needed every two to three weeks, depending on activity and routine.

The studio aims to leave clients looking natural and beautiful and treats each client as an individual, using products it considers top quality.
