Lash Touch Studio runs lash extension studios on Firethorne Road and Cinco Ranch Boulevard in Katy, and on Memorial Drive in Houston.

A first visit starts with a consultation with a trained lash stylist, who walks through the application process and helps choose a look. Length, curl and shape are settled at this stage, taking into account the client's style preference and the condition of their natural lashes. Coffee and cookies are served during the consultation. At each later application, the stylist looks again at eye shape, the natural lash line and the result the client is after.

Booking requires a credit card and authorization on file to hold an appointment, and the studio confirms by phone. New and returning clients pay a $25 deposit for lash or facial appointments. Arriving late can shorten the treatment time. Cancellations need to be made by phone or text to the local studio at least a day ahead. Appointments not canceled within 24 hours, and no-shows, are charged the deposit or half the service price. All services and products are final, with no exchanges or refunds.

Aftercare guidance covers the first day and beyond: keep lashes dry for 24 hours after application, avoid oil-based products, creams and mascara, skip perms, tints and curlers, and remove makeup only with a water-based remover applied with a cotton swab. Clients are asked not to pull on extensions or rub their eyes. Touch-up appointments every two to three weeks help extend how long the lashes last, and removal is done by a trained lash technician.
