The Korean lash lift is the studio's core treatment. It lifts and lengthens natural lashes from the base and includes a conditioning step. Each lift is customized to lash length, growth pattern, eye shape and the look the client wants, and it uses a cysteamine-based formula with specialized shields. Lash tint is included at no extra cost, and a full lift with tint usually takes about 60 to 75 minutes. Results typically last around 6 to 8 weeks, depending on the natural lash growth cycle. For the first 24 hours, clients should keep lashes dry and avoid steam, saunas, heavy sweating and eye makeup. Mascara can be worn after that first day.

Lash extensions are offered as a Full Set in any style, which takes about 105 minutes, and as fills scheduled by how many days have passed since the last visit. Mini fills cover 4 to 8 days, two-week fills cover 7 to 15 days, three-week fills cover 16 to 21 days, and a three-week-plus fill covers 21 days or more. Fills need at least 40 percent of the extensions still in place; below that, the visit is charged as a full set. Clients coming from another lash technician can book a foreign fill, which requires the lashes to be brushable and separable. If they are not, a removal fee and a full set apply if the client goes ahead. After the first foreign fill, regular fills can be booked. Lash removal and lash cleanser services are also offered.

Booking requires a working card on file, though no booking fee is charged. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours ahead. Late cancellations are charged 40 percent of the service, and no-shows are charged the full price and may be blocked from rebooking. There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals, and arriving later may lead to cancellation. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 and is handled through GlossGenius. It splits payment into four installments with no hard credit check, requires approval before the appointment, is based on payment history rather than credit score, carries a 6 percent convenience fee included in the listed price, and has no penalty for paying early.
