The studio describes its space as calm and comfortable. Each set is mapped with precision and care, and the appointment includes conversation between the technician and the client about the set.
Before a visit, clients are asked to come with no makeup on and very clean lashes, and to avoid caffeine. Full sets run about 120 minutes in most styles and about 150 minutes for Mega Volume. Fills take about 60 to 90 minutes, and a removal takes about 30 minutes. Late arrival or unclean lashes shortens the appointment, and the charge stays the same.
Bookings require a $15 deposit per service, and appointments must be confirmed or they are cancelled. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice, and arriving 10 minutes or more late cancels the visit. Fills are recommended every 2 to 3 weeks; a fill needs at least 40 percent of the previous extensions to remain, and after 3 weeks the visit is treated as a full set. The studio does not perform foreign fills. Concerns about a service must be raised within 48 hours of the appointment. Squeeze-in visits carry a $20 fee. The balance can be paid by cash, card, or Zelle. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200, or a custom amount and are final once sold. Refunds are not offered. Hours are Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM.
