On the brow side, the studio offers brow lamination, a chemical treatment that lifts and smooths brow hairs so they are easier to brush into place and style. The treatment takes about 1 hour 15 minutes and includes a free brown tint.
Lash services range from a half set and wispy sets to anime and manhua-style sets and fully custom designs. Longer sets run about 3 hours, while a half set takes about 2 hours 15 minutes. Between sets, clients can book mini fills, half set fills, a 2-3 week fill, or an extended fill for 3-4 weeks, and lash removal is offered for clients who want their extensions taken off.
Fill appointments have timing rules. A 2-3 week fill must be booked within 2-3 weeks and needs at least 50% of the extensions still in place; if less remains, a full set is required or the appointment is cancelled and the deposit is forfeited. A 3-4 week extended fill must be booked within 3-4 weeks and needs at least 40% coverage left; otherwise the client is rescheduled for a full set and the deposit is forfeited.
Services are arranged by how many extensions remain, so the fill type a client books depends on how much of their set is still in place.
