Lash Talk LLC focuses on lash extensions, covering removal, fills and full sets. Clients choose a service based on how long it has been since their last appointment and how many of their lashes are still in place.

Full sets come in three styles. The Chit-Chat Full Set is the most natural option and stays closest to a classic set. The Tell'em bout it Full Set is a hybrid that mixes classic and volume extensions. The Let's Chat Full Set is the most dramatic, with every lash applied using a mix of lash fans.

Fills are timed by how much time has passed since the last visit. A one-week fill suits clients who are coming back soon, and a two-to-three-week fill suits clients who have waited a bit longer. If too many lashes are missing from a fill, the business asks for a full set instead. After three fill-ins, clients are asked to book a new full set. Clients who have a set from another provider can book a foreign fill, but they need to know the length and curl of their current lashes.

Extensions are placed on the natural lash rather than the eyelid, so the result depends on each client's own lashes. Each client's set is unique, so it may not look identical to someone else's set.

Booking requires a $20 non-refundable deposit, which is deducted from the balance on the day of service. Deposits can be paid through Cash App or on the booking website. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule, and shorter-notice cancellations carry a fee. Arriving more than 15 minutes late results in cancellation, and a $15 late fee applies to services started up to 15 minutes late. No-call no-shows are charged in full. Clients receive a confirmation text within 24 hours of the appointment that includes the address. Payment is accepted in exact cash only, as no change is given.
