The Yumi Lash and Brow menu adds lash lifts, brow lamination, and lash and brow tints. Brow lamination takes about 45 minutes and its results generally last four to six weeks, while a lash lift lasts roughly six to eight weeks. The brow tint can be combined with brow lamination in the same visit.

Additional services include brow shading, brow shaping, cluster lashes made from synthetic clusters applied with temporary glue that last up to two weeks, and hydration and lip mask treatments. The studio also sells Lash Bath, a deep foam cleanser made for lash extensions, and offers gift cards.

The studio values hands-on experience alongside formal training. It uses a training model in which appointments with artists still developing their skills are discounted: 100% off at the learning curve level, 75% off at training level, 50% off at experienced level and 25% off at expert level. Artistry levels are student, trainee, experienced and expert, and are based on experience, speed, fullness and retention. Clients who want to move to a higher artistry level for a rebooking can pay a one-time fee for the difference.

Some practical policies to know: clients should arrive without eye makeup, cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours are charged a $25 fee, and no-shows are charged half the price of the missed service. Clients who have a reaction concern can book a Lash Consult first to be tested. Refunds are not given for reactions to services. Clients may book a fill for a set done elsewhere if at least half of the extensions are still intact. A refer-a-friend offer gives $10 off for both the referrer and the new client once both have booked and completed their appointments, and clients receive 15% off for each online review they submit.

The studio values hands-on experience alongside formal training, and uses an artistry-level system to match each appointment with the right level of experience.
