For lashes, the custom full set is tailored to eye shape and comes in classic, hybrid and volume styles, with glitter and colored options available. Fills are scheduled by how much of the previous set remains: a mini fill needs at least 70% retention, a standard fill at least 50%, and an extended fill at least 40%. Lash tints are listed as lasting three to six weeks, depending on the client's lifestyle.

Facials are built around the skin concern. Custom facials come in 30, 60 and 90 minute lengths starting at $55, $90 and $130, and can include extractions, high frequency, galvanic current, gua sha, cryo lymphatic drainage, LED light therapy and custom-blended masks. They can be adjusted for acne, mature skin, discoloration, dullness or a compromised skin barrier, and dermaplaning or a scalp treatment can be added. An oxygen facial is a 10 minute option suited to damaged, dehydrated, sensitive and aging skin. Chemical peel facials come in several options for different skin needs and sensitivity levels; they involve downtime, and clients are asked to follow aftercare.

Booking has a few policies to know. New clients pay a deposit for the custom lash full set, the brow wax and tint with lash lift and tint combination, the brow package with lash lift or tint, and the full leg and Brazilian bundle. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment. The full face wax does not accept tips.
