Sarah Williams leads the studio, which covers four service areas: lashes, brows, skin and waxing. Lash services range from lash tinting and removal to classic, hybrid, volume and fully customized sets, along with lash lifts and fills for returning clients. Brow options include tinting and Elleplex brow lamination, which are booked as separate appointments.

Skin services run from a short LED treatment and dermaplaning facials to a custom facial with deep pore cleansing and extractions, several chemical peels, and an advanced anti-aging treatment that combines LED with a peel. The Sensi Peel is customized to each client, and the salon describes it as suitable for all skin types, including very sensitive skin. Waxing covers the face, underarms, bikini area and legs.

Bookings are open Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM. Appointments must be cancelled or moved at least 24 hours ahead; later cancellations are charged 50%, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. Text and email reminders go out a few days before each visit. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings between $50 and $4,000 with approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or custom amounts and cannot be refunded.

Services are tailored to the individual, from lash extensions fitted to each client's natural lashes to facials and peels chosen for the skin.
