LASH SISTERS

Lash Sisters is based in Pasadena and offers lash services by appointment. The studio's address is provided once you book.

Custom full sets are the main service, starting at $130 and taking about 90 minutes or more. Each set is designed to suit the client's eye shape and style preference. Clients who want a darker or softer look can choose brown lashes instead of black when booking a refill or full set.

Refills are priced from $55 and take about 45 minutes or more. Timing matters here: a refill booked two weeks after a set is scheduled within 14 days, a visit 15 to 21 days after a set counts as a 3 week fill, and one 22 to 28 days after counts as a 4 week fill. Clients who wait longer than 28 days need a full set, since most of the lashes will have grown out. A refill over another lash artist's work needs to be booked as a foreign fill.

Bottom lash extensions are offered as an add-on, taking about 10 minutes or more. Lash removal starts at $25 and takes about 30 minutes, with a $15 deposit required to book.

Booking terms are set out clearly: a 15% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, and deposits cannot be refunded within 24 hours of the appointment. The studio is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday for most of the day, Tuesday and Thursday until 4 PM, and is closed on weekends.
