Appointments can be booked online at any time. Monday visits are by appointment only, Tuesday through Friday runs from 11am to 9:30pm, Saturday from 8am to 9pm, and the studio is closed on Sundays. Early and late appointments can be arranged for an additional charge, and clients can also reach the studio by phone, text or email.

Lash extensions come in classic, hybrid and volume styles. Classic sets use one extension per natural lash, while Mega Volume sets apply 16 to 20 extensions to a fan. Real mink is available for an additional $45 per menu selection. A full set takes just over an hour, a half set about 45 minutes, and a touch-up about an hour. Extensions are placed about 1mm from the lid rather than directly on the skin and typically last 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the client's natural lash cycle, lifestyle and work. Only a trained professional applies them. Clients are advised to skip mascara and oil-based eye makeup removers, and to keep lashes dry and untouched for the first 24 hours.

Lash lifts are semi-permanent treatments that curl natural lashes and usually last 6 to 10 weeks. The classic lift uses traditional setting solutions containing thioglycolate for a defined curl, while the Korean lift uses cysteamine-based solutions followed by conditioning treatments such as keratin and serums.

Brow lamination is a semi-permanent chemical process that sets brow hairs into a brushed-up, even shape and finishes with a nourishing treatment. It is offered in classic and Korean versions, each with or without tint. Brow consultations are free and are done with makeup on, with brow mapping to suit the face shape. The consultation fee is credited toward any cosmetic permanent makeup or tattoo removal service booked. Color boosts and refreshers for brows done elsewhere require a consultation at the studio first.

Cosmetic permanent makeup includes microblade brows, powder brows, combination brows, wash brows, color refreshers and color boosts. Tattoo removal uses a saline method and usually needs several sessions about 8 weeks apart, and a consultation is required before scheduling. A tattoo brow refresher requires a $200 deposit at booking, which is non-refundable and cannot be applied to other services.

The studio says it uses high-quality lash and permanent makeup products, and it sells RevitaLash and RevitaBrow conditioner serums, several RevitaLash mascaras, a brow gel and a liner. Every service is backed by a satisfaction guarantee for one week. Concerns can be raised by email or phone for a complimentary service. Gift cards are available on the site.
