The salon offers eyelash extensions in Classic, Hybrid, Volume and Mega Volume styles, booked as full sets or as week fills from week 1 through week 5. Volume sets need a full set after four weeks. Microblading, microshading and microblading with light shading are offered, with touch-ups at one, two and three years. Microblading and microshading require a $50 non-refundable deposit.

The academy holds TDLR license number 706031 and offers a 320-hour eyelash extension specialty license course. It combines online theory with in-studio training and can be taken as an 8-week full-time track or a 12-week part-time track, with classes starting on Mondays. Enrollment requires being at least 17, holding a high school diploma or GED, and having a valid state ID or driver's license. Shorter certifications cover three-day lash extension training across Classic, Hybrid and Volume techniques, two-day microblading training and two-day scalp micropigmentation training. Scalp micropigmentation training is followed by a three-month apprenticeship with master technicians. Classes are kept small, with one-on-one instruction, and all training deposits are non-refundable.

According to the salon, it has won the Dallas Best Business award four times. Separately, the salon says it received the Addison Readers Choice Award for favorite lash extensions.
