The menu centers on lash extensions in four full-set styles: classic, which uses single lashes for a natural, mascara-like look; hybrid, which mixes singles with fans for a natural but fuller finish; volume, built from fans only; and mega volume, the fullest and fluffiest option offered.
Full sets are followed by fills about two weeks later. Color can be added in a few ways: individual colors, a volume set with black lashes and chosen colors throughout, or a freestyle option in which the stylist works with color at a discounted price. Colors offered include light pink, green, blue, purple, white and blood orange. The studio also removes old lash extensions.
Bookings go through the online booking site with a card on file, and clients are charged only after the appointment. Deposits range from $2.50 to $62.50 depending on the service, and new clients pay half as a non-refundable security deposit. Clients are asked to arrive with no makeup on and clean lashes, to leave extra guests and children at home, and to reschedule if they are feeling sick. Appointments 15 minutes late are canceled and charged as no-shows, and cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours are charged 50% of the service. Bookings outside listed hours carry a $30 after-hours fee and require messaging the stylist directly.
Cash, Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo and credit cards are accepted, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000. Hours are Monday 11:30 AM to 9 PM, Tuesday 11:30 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday through Friday 11:30 AM to 3 PM, Saturday 12 PM to 3 PM, and closed Sunday.
