A first visit begins with a consultation. Clients should arrive with clean lashes and a clean eye area, free of makeup, oils, moisturizer, wet hair, and perfume or fragranced products, and are asked to come in 3 to 5 minutes early. Late arrivals may get a shorter service, since appointment time is not extended and the full price applies. Card and cash are accepted, with payment due at the time of service.

Studio hours are Wednesday through Saturday, 9:30am to 5pm, and outside business hours appointments can be requested, subject to availability, by contacting the studio directly. New clients pay a $50 deposit, which is sent by text and must be paid within 24 hours. Reminders go out three days and one day before each visit. Clients who want lash-related services beyond full sets can choose from fills, Korean lash lifts, and removal, and new clients with existing extensions can book a removal and full set in one visit.

Each set is tailored to a client's natural lashes, daily life, and how much upkeep they want, starting from a detailed consultation and followed by aftercare guidance.
