Lash extensions are built on a 10-level Lash Design System, from a 30-minute Xpress set (Level 10, also offered as a Date-Night Xpress Set) up to a full Mega Volume set that takes about 3 hours. Classic places one extension on each natural lash, Hybrid pairs single lashes with lightweight fans, and Russian and Mega Volume use several ultra-fine extensions per lash, with Mega Volume using 6 to 16. The studio recommends fills about every two weeks and a full new set every three months, and it lists a 3-Month Lash Reset with a full removal and a fresh set on a clean base.

A lash lift starts with an assessment of lash thickness, lash line density, curl pattern, condition, eye curvature, skin elasticity and lid mobility. Processing time, pad size and solution strength are adjusted to each client's natural lashes, and the stylist monitors development and stops when the desired result is reached. Lash lift correction and reverse lash perm are offered for lashes that were lifted improperly at another salon.

Brow services include shaping, waxing, tinting and lamination, and the business says its brow team are licensed estheticians who are extensively trained in brow shaping. Brow design begins with brow mapping that looks at height, width, density and bone structure, and the business says it does not force a look.
