A visit starts with a consultation with a lash artist, which is included with every full set and is free. It is used to choose between Classic, Hybrid and Volume styles before the appointment begins. Full sets take 2.5 to 3 hours including the consultation. Each full set also comes with a complimentary Eco-fin hand treatment and hot towel. A free allergy patch test is available, applying 4 to 6 extensions per eye at least 24 hours before a first full set, or whenever a client asks for one.

Classic extensions are placed one per natural lash and look slightly darker and thicker than natural lashes. Hybrid sets combine individual extensions with volume fans of 3 to 5 thin extensions. Volume sets use hand-picked fans of 3 to 5 thin extensions on each natural lash. Extensions are attached with a high-quality adhesive kept off the skin and off neighboring lashes. Fills are booked within 2 weeks of a full set and take about 60 minutes. Extension removal takes 30 to 45 minutes, depending on how full the lashes are, and uses a special solution applied to the extensions.

Cancellations and reschedules need 48 hours notice to avoid a $35 fee on fill appointments. Missing the 48-hour notice on a full set appointment forfeits the $50 deposit, and no-shows are charged the full amount of the service. The Fall Lash Special offers any full set for $89 for new customers only. The studio notes that all prices are subject to change without notice.

The studio focuses on the lash line alone, placing extensions on natural lashes so the skin is never touched.
